Summary: When we arrived there was a loud noise from the AC that was going off every 20 minutes. I reported to reception and they said unfortunately hotel was fully booked and technicians had gone home, which was understandable as by this time it was the evening but that they would get it looked at the next day. I purchased some ear plugs from the shop downstairs to get through the night and next morning the technicians fixed the problem which I was very happy about. I also availed of the gym which was by far one of the best hotel gyms I have been to, was fairly quiet and the equipment was all fairly new. All in all I was very impressed and would stay again. Thank you and we loved your beautiful city!

Summary: Very clean rooms, easy check in, and nice staff! Would definitely recommend to others. Breakfast was on the pricey side at around 23 Euro per person but they had a good variety of things and it was super convenient.
